They also always seem to be training or doing team exercises the last few times I've been there which is cool to see...\n\nWhy I rate so low is because of customer service. Though I have had good interactions with friendly staff at this Pick N Save, it's usually with the same 3 people. \n\nI was in today and if I went down an isle with a staff member, there was no hello or asking if I needed help to find anything. When I went to the register to check out, the lady did not say hello or say one word to me throughout the transaction; she didn't even tell me how much my items cost, I had to look at the screen and find out. I was not impressed. This kind of little interaction or lack of friendliness has happened on more than one account.
