The food, drinks, and Asian lady who runs the place is always first-rate. In the past, I would have always rated them 5-star.\n\nLast night's visit was different. The food, drinks, and Asian lady who runs the place were very enjoyable as always, however, aside from those elements, improvement was needed. \n\nFirstly, we had to wait for everything. There was no one up front to greet us for quite some time, so we had to wait to be seated. Then we had to wait for water and menus. Next came the long wait for drinks. We did NOT have to wait long for the food, but the waiting kicked-in again when we had to wait for the bill and wait again to have it processed.\n\nBy far the most irritating event of the evening is when some old Indian guy upfront (who we have never seen there before) took it upon himself, not only to take forever to work up the bill, but to add a 20% tip on top of the food, drink and tax charge. Now there were just four of us dining -- my husband and two kids -- not a large, noisy, demanding party by any means. He literally added a line with a dollar amount that amounted to 20% of the total bill. To add insult to injury, he also left the \"tip\" line BLANK, in hopes that I would add even more!!!!!\n\nI wrote \"INCLUDED\" on the tip line, along with a \"nice try\" comment. I definitely would have tipped our nice Asian lady 20%, as we always do, but I resent that some old guy had the audacity to do it for me.\n\nIt takes us 30 minutes to drive there from our home, and this last experience will make it questionable if we do so again this year."^^ .
