<http://data.yelp.com/Review/id/U1IhlBhrKqmL-RplNSw9zQ>	<http://purl.org/stuff/rev#text>	"my father always used Neils A/C for his service work, so I decided to give them a call when I moved into my new house to check over the A/C unit. Turns out that Neil passed away early this year and his wife is now running the business. So the license situation of this company is somewhat shadowy at best.\n\nAnyway a \"tech\" came out apparently accompanied by Neils wife and dog (whoever heard of taking your dog on a job site to someone elses house) anyway they were approx 20 minutes and deemed the unit to be working fine and charged well over $100.00. The real reason I called them was that a/c was running for quite awhile.\n\nfast forward two weeks, I called another company out to look at the unit since it was running almost non stop...granted it was quite hot outside. The tech hooked the gauges up and instantly we had a problem...the unit was 4lbs low on freon and one of the contactors was bad (these need to be replaced every 5 years or so) 2 of the vents in the house weren't even hooked up to the main trunk line which would contribute to the unit running longer. I'm not sure how the tech from Neils A/C was able to get a temp split since the vent he checked was one of the ones not working (I didn't know this at the time) The paperwork left by the tech had no info on it as to what kind of unit it was, what size it was, the serial # what it did or anything. It just said \"unit working fine\"\n\nI sent Neils A/C a letter asking for my money back and I swear the lady on the phone was starting to cry.....and by the way i'm still waiting for my refund which I will attempt to collect"^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
