Last weekend, my husband brought his truck in to the Sears Auto Center on South Grand Canyon. Originally, he went in for a battery, but he found out that they do all wheel drive alignments. He has been needing one done, so he paid $180 and got the truck back maybe 3-4 hours later. After driving it less than a week, he noticed that it was REALLY pulling to the left and brought it back. When my husband asked for the original numbers (a before and after, if you will), he was told the printer that does printouts was out of ink and had been for a few weeks. They promptly offered him a refund, which he found odd. Come to find out, the work was never done AND we were charged almost $200 for the alignment, He got a hold of corporate's number to complain and after that, he was told to leave with NO REFUND, only told to call corporate and let them handle it.\nDO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE FOR ANY REASON! And yes, he got the whole thing on video and will be going to the media before anyone else gets scammed."^^ . "0"^^ . "0"^^ . . "1"^^ .
