This service is garbage.\n\nIn 4 calls over the last 3 days they haven't been able to even verify my account in less than 20 minutes in order to let me tell them why I called. This is both using their live chat and by calling them.\n\nI paid extra to purchase their modem and I'm on my 2nd hardware failure with it this week.\n\nThis company is horrible - their service is horrible - I highly recommend you find any suitable alternative by any means necessary."^^ . . . .
