"1"^^ . . "We bought a laptop at Ample Bay. After one day, it didn't work, and I couldn't determine if it was the charger or laptop. (the computer was not compatible with any chargers I had at home). I called and asked them to send me a new charger (we live 150 miles away), five days went by and no charger, with no one returning my calls. Finally after a week (and by then my return warranty had run out) they sent me a charger but it was the wrong one.\n\nCalled again for another charger (again didn't know if it was the computer or charger), no supervisor returned my calls. Finally an associate contacted me and I asked for an extension on the 7 day warranty. I was told no way. And they insisted I needed to send them pictures of the chargers that didn't work.... well you get the idea.... terrible customer service, no backing up of products they sell.\n\nI had to buy my own charger (out another $50) thankfully it was the problem and not the computer. \n\nI don't recommend these folks they seem to be in the business for the short haul.... no customer service skills or interest in retaining existing customers."^^ .
