They advertise \"High Speed Internet\". However I can't download a windows update let alone watch a video. God forbid I wanted to do something more taxing than that.\n\nTheir tech support was terrible. They would NEVER answer the phone and it took over a week to get a call back after complaining to the property manager about the lack of contact. Once I did speak to the guy, I could tell that he was an idiot.\n\nThe biggest fix they could do is switch the router OFF of channel 6 (Default) to either 1 or 11. Especially since another budget suites nearby has competing signal of relatively strong strength on the same channel causing interference.\n\nAfter this, they finally fired that useless tech support guy after he was unreachable and the mailbox was full.\n\nThe new tech support has only had 1 week so far, but they took the internet down for a whole day to \"Repair\" it, but it's just as bad as before.\n\nWell, it's 1 week later and I have yet to see any improvement.\n\nMy cellphone (Not a smart phone and 5 years old) can surf the internet faster than the wifi you pay $20 a month for at this location."^^ . .
