In my humble opinion it must be run by crooks who have no moral values, character or ethics. They are notorious for outrageous fees, lack of willingness to work with the homeowner on fees and even charging the proper fees to the proper individual. They have charged my account fees so many times for cars parked on the street that don't belong to me, garbage cans being visible that don't belong to me and so on and so on and at times refuse to waive the fees that they have inaccurately charged!\nTo top it off, they work with a law firm that is equally as terrible. It's as if this property management company is in cahoots with the law firm in order to keep each other afloat.\nDO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!! If you are a home owner who is having problems with them REPORT THEM! They should not continue to function using these type of unethical practices! More people need to call them out!"^^ . .
