"By far one of the worst experiences we encountered in the Phoenix area when looking for a suit for my husband for our wedding! \nWe drove up from Tucson to Phoenix to find a burgandy suit. We stopped here due to good reviews and cost. One of the first things that the the owner had said to us was if we don't love the suit it's a guaranteed refund. We thought, ok this place seems legit, they are about customer service! \n\nThe owner measured my husband we placed an order. \nThe owner/worker that helped us seemed and looked to be stoned. That wasn't really the issue until later when we realized he wasn't paying attention to anything that we ordered. \n\nThe 1st few issues we encountered: he got his measurements, we placed an order, we payed for the suit on a CC. He said he would call us in 2 weeks when the suit was ready.... 3 weeks passed no call. So we called him enquiring about the suit. The owner that helped us completely forgot to place the order and forgot to write down the measurements of the suit. Thank goodness my husband knew exactly what measurements he told him originally and so the owner then had finally submitted the order. We waited another 2 weeks and the guy gave us a call back and said the order was ready.\n\nWe drove up to Phoenix to try on the suit and the suit was way to small. My husband couldn't even button up the pants and the jacket was so tight he couldn't move his arms. My husband then looks at the size and sees the guy didn't even order the right size! When my husband confronted the owner he stood there and argued with my husband saying that he must have gained weight! The owner then asked his tailor if he could fix his suit. The tailor just looked at him and chuckled and said no that he couldn't there was no way. The owner then proceeded to keep asking his tailor and telling him that he could fix the suit. At this point we were very disappointed and no longer wanted to do business with them. The suit looked terrible it didn't fit right, it didn't look nice, the customer service was not good so we asked the guy for a refund. The Owner literally stood there and argued with us for 10 minutes or more basically saying that he would find us another suit and didn't want to give us a refund. I had to step in and remind him that he told us originally that if we were not 100% satisfied we would get a refund. He then proceeded to tell us that all he can do is give us the money that he had out of his wallet, which didn't even cover the cost of the suit and that's all we would get. We couldn't believe our ears. That was definitely unprofessional and Ghetto!\n\nBEWARE! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! You will not get your full refund back!!!"^^ . "1"^^ .
