We entered from the casino into the \"Chocolate Lounge,\" where I was momentarily distracted by a glass case of colorful chocolate truffles displayed on top of the bar. Once we navigated our way into the main store area, it was all bright lights and sugar in its many forms. Sure, its trendy and pricy, but skip the celebrity lollipops and check out the unique selection of bulk candies. I've tried many gummies in my lifetime, but Sugar Factory sells varieties I've never seen before. The employees were very friendly and eager to offer samples of candy and gelato. There's also cupcakes, cookies, candy apples, and a pastry case full of Opera cakes and desserts similar to those you'll find all over the Paris casino.\n\nI tried the Dulce Delicious sundae, which I really liked even though it was overly sweet. It was even sweet for my Peruvian husband, an avid consumer of dulce de leche (manjar blanco in his country) and all things saccharine. It was definitely enough ice cream for 2-3 people. They also have fun flavors like bubblegum. I'm not convinced to try the attached Brasserie, and it's not the best dessert spot on the Strip, but I considered quality customer service in my rating."^^ . "2011-08-10T00:00:00"^^ . "1"^^ .
