In comparison to NY bagels though, they come up short. That said, if you're traveling to Montreal, I definitely recommend stopping in for one. You won't be disappointed.\n\nA dark, shiny, chewy, and moderately flavorful crust. A relatively dense but chewy crumb that is also moderately flavorful.
