"If you want horrible customer service this is the place to get your dress. Their employees do not care about customer service at all, the lady at the front desk is the rudest. My dress was suppose to come in 1 and half months before my wedding so I can have enough time to get alterations done,etc. It never came in when the employee \"guaranteed\" it will come in. I called numerous times and all they could tell me is that they are tracking my dress and it was on it's way, but they didn't have a tracking number (that's probably because my dress didn't ship out until 2 weeks before my wedding date). My mom came in numerous times to get updates and they were rude basically telling her they can't do anything for her but guaranteed the dress will be in on time...(again no tracking number available). I kept calling and I would just get the run around saying I will get a call back but never actually would. I called corporate and they did the same thing-never called back. What a pathetic way to run the store. And when they \"guarantee\" that your dress will be in at a certain time ask them to see it on paper, I bet they won't be able to show you anything in the fine print that \"guarantees\" your dress will be in at the time they promised you. I was told the time they promise is a estimate time, meaning your dress can come in 3 months after the date they say. (Corporates words). I understand stuff happens, people forget but when you call 10 times trying to get an answer on where the hell your dress is that you need to walk down the isle in and yet they don't seem to care too much, I would take my business somewhere else. I will never recommend this place to anyone, I however will let people know to run far from this stupid store. This is not how you treat a customer that spend a lot of money at your store.
