Chef Luis and pastry chef Shayanne were phenomenal teachers as they guided us through the process. Well worth the fee and 10x worth the experience with these two excellent \" teachers\". We made cinnamon rolls from scratch, lemon ricotta pancakes ( topped with honey lemon butter) and poached eggs sitting on top of brioche, avecado and tomato with honey bacon and Hallandale's sauce!!!! Delicious brunch delight!! A great brunch was enjoyed by all!"^^ . .
