They came to my place for a carpet cleaning on just my stairs after i had cleared everything with the appointment setter not even 3 hours before. The groupon i had was going to cover it (or so i thought), after taking one look at my staircase i guess it was too hard for them and they tried to uncharge me to almost $100.
