. "Worst experience ever. It took us over two hours to wait for them to order a desk and a bookshelf. We finally receive our items months later and they are damaged (chipped, bad staining). We schedule a replacement delivery. They send us a bookshelf that is NOT IN A BOX so of course it's scratched and damaged. They send a desk that has white specs all over it and a chipped drawer?!?! \n\nCalled customer service (which is a nightmare) and they gave me a manager who I couldn't get ahold of due to a non working mailbox. Great. Asked for another manager, she couldn't have been more condensing. They have perfected the art of apologizing. Even the delivery guys said they have noticed a decline in quality and that no one has been happy with what they are receiving! Do not sign anything the delivery guys give you even if they say it's just to show they delivered or picked up items. You should refuse delivery and call PB immediately. \n\nI'm pulling my wedding registry with them as well as writing their executives a letter. Telling all of my friends and anyone I can not to purchase from here ever again. Save yourself the headache and aggravation.
