Since the Walgreens by my house went out of business I moved my prescriptions over to this location, and I'm seriously regretting it. In the span of time that has elapsed since I moved my prescriptions they've lost my medications, not had my orders filled at promised times, apparently added on STRANGERS under my name (the woman I spoke to today kept asking if I was picking up for a woman named Christine; there's no one that should be under my name other than me), and today's icing on the cake: told me that while they just got a shipment of my medication in the morning I came to pick them up, they could not fill my prescription to the quantity needed. I now have to come back AGAIN later this week for them to give me the amount my prescription says. How does that work? Not to mention that I ordered the meds on Friday and was told they would be ready the next morning on Saturday. It's Sunday. Almost every time I've gone to pick up my medicine it has been an absolute hassle. It seems that when one pharmacist makes a promise they do not pass it on to the others so there is a ton of confusion between pharmacy employees. This is getting to be ridiculous, and even though Walgreens isn't in range of my insurance or my house I'd rather go back to using them if this continues. No one else seems to be having as much trouble as I am when picking up my meds, and I've already tried with at least two different pharmacists to smooth out the problems they had getting my prescriptions transferred over already.
