. "2"^^ . . "A car dealer is a necessary evil. Too bad you can't buy a car at the hardware store or the grocery store. Too bad it needs to be so complicated and stressful. \n\nI was treated fairly and honestly. Pleased with their service dept. Like my Yaris. \n\nService is a bit pricey. Waiting area is adequate. \n\nAfter buying my Yaris, they sold my name and address to junk mailers offering me discounts on more cars (how stupid was that?). And I got the typical customer satisfaction survey from Toyota asking me a dozen questions about the dealer. I wrote on the form that I did not buy a dealer, I bought a car. Why not ask me about the car? But GM did the same when I bought my Aveo too back in 2003.\n\nBottom line, would I go back and buy another car here? Perhaps. Since they sold my name/address there is a huge dis-incentive. And getting junk mailings about car discounts in the mail is somewhat odd (isn't a new car purchaser really not likely to run out and buy another one anytime soon? or am I stupid?) I tend to avoid businesses that violate my privacy.\n\nService dept is always \"first come, first served\" and rather overpriced. $62 for an oil change and tire rotation? And they are constantly sending me discount coupons in the mail, none of which can be used."^^ . "3"^^ . . "2009-07-01T00:00:00"^^ . "4"^^ . "11"^^ .
