Thus, it is a negative reason I am walking in to begin with. \n\nPro, I like that I can easily walk into a Cox store and talk to someone face-to-face and get a problem resolved in person. \n\nCon, I had to actually carve time out to take the time to drive there to resolve whatever I am trying to resolve. \n\nPro, once through the front door, there is a easy format for checking in and customer service is always friendly. \n\nSo with that, on the West side of town, this is the spot I go to for my Cox needs."^^ .
