This shipment was sent to my business, a family owned and operated business (no mail room or big corporate office). Our new driver for OnTrac, apparently mis-delivered the package elsewhere and it was accepted and signed for by a stranger who opted to keep my property.\n\nAside from the thieving recipient of my package, there was the issue that my delivery went to the wrong address in the first place. The sender, Sephora, is apologetic and reshipping my order, although it was not their fault; as it was addressed correctly. However, OnTrac who was at fault doesn't seem to care. The customer service responses have not been apologetic, or made any reference to contacting their new driver or any training/follow up on the error.\n\nI have requested that Sephora no longer sends my orders via OnTrac, and that they use a more trustworthy carrier for all my future orders. I will also do my best to avoid giving OnTrac any further business from my other personal and business ventures until they can assure me that they will care for my shipments in the same manner as other postal and parcel carriers do.\n\nWe have choices for our shipping needs! Currently, I suggest you avoid this option."^^ .
