I'm self employed and my industry doesn't necessitate I own much formal or business attire anymore. But I found myself at that point I knew would come eventually and I needed a suit. \n\nSo I walk in and tell Rich that I needed a suit. Oh. And by tomorrow before my 12:30 flight. Mind you it's nearly 3 in the afternoon. He's a consummate pro and doesn't even flinch. He immediately points me to suits for my body type. \n\nI'm pretty broad shouldered and he points me to a jacket interwoven with a stretch fabric that accommodates for that but still tapers at the torso. Gold! THEN he tells me the tailoring can be done after 8pm or by opening. What? Really? \nIt's not done that night. I'm worried. The gentleman I spoke with said he'd leave s note for someone to call me st 9:30 the following morning. I have little faith. But at 9:30 my phone rings and I get a message telling my my garments are ready. \n\nDid I mention that I was going to buy the suit, then Rich advises me that if I get a custom sport coat made, the suit is free. He didn't have to tell me that. But the end result was I ended buying that suit, coat, another jacket, shoes and 3 shirts. And the following morning Miguel and Butch opened a little early so that I could grab my garments and make my flight without my getting all frenetic. Men's Wearhouse has shed the stodgy image I had of them and have really made me an advocate and customer. It's amazing what happens when businesses behave like they want you as a customer."^^ .
