Apparently drivers do not verify the address on the package matches the address of the house they are leaving the package at or even that it's the right street. Will never use OnTrac again if I can help it. Was told that GPS told driver where to go which obviously isn't too reliable and should not be depended on to give correct directions and should be verified. 3rd time on the day of delivery I even called OnTrac and asked the representative to contact the driver and let him know the correct street and to make sure they do not deliver to the wrong street and it still happened."^^ . .
