The people seem nice but I think they are all in on the con. \n\nFirst example, I asked for, and paid for, the shampoo cleaning of the rear deck mat in my suburban. The guy only turned it over. Just flipped it like I would know the difference between the carpet that was up and the rubber side that is now showing. Then I got huge attitude and crappy quick service when I pointed it out. \n\nSecond example, I made an appointment for my car to get detailed the next day. I didn't have all day to wait so I made the appointment for the first available time. I was told it would take 2 hours, and 4 hours later it wasn't ready. Fours hours. \n\nThird example. I paid for an interior detail. I left the car for the day and came back for it. The \"manager\" that I left it with was the same person that I met to pick it up. As I was waited by for them to get my keys, an off duty worker comes up to shake me down for a tip explaining that he did a great job and I needed to tip him.
