"0"^^ . . "0"^^ . "I hate leaving bad reviews but this place is just a horrible operation. I SHOULD have gone to a local place that people recommended but I didn't and I regret it. \n\nI ordered 4 new tires online and made an appointment to have them installed. (This was after I called Sears and the guy told me to order them online because sometimes there are better deals online vs the store). I received my email my tires were ready for pickup. I had my appointment set for 3 days from then so I didn't think anything of it. Long story short I called to see if I could change my appointment time to earlier. This is where it went downhill. The gentleman couldn't locate my order and finally after 5 mins located it and said \"ok two tries and brake evaluation.\" I said um no 4 tires. He simply said oh well we only have two of them in stock. I replied with how I received my email that they were ready for pickup and his reply was that the system sometimes doesn't communicate with the store. And that I should call back 2 days from then to check if my other 2 tires were on their tire truck. WHAT!?!? \n\nSo I called back 2 days later to check and after being on hold for 5 mins the person came back on the phone and said \"yeah they are on the truck\". That's it no follow up. So I said ok well I was wondering if I would be able to come in earlier for my appointment to which he told me I didn't have one. Again WHAT!?! \n\nSo at this point I'm so angry but trying to still be respectful and he replied that I could come whenever but I would have to wait for hours until they could get to me. I have a toddler that doesn't work. \n\nThis place is a joke and they aren't accommodating when THEIR system screws up.
