Further up the line I ask the next agent. Where is the pre heck line? She says \"line this line will do\" I am like \"Well do you have one or not?\" She says \"You missed it move forward.\" So I move ahead only to see the line was very long and I now see where the pre check line is actually located, with NO line. I start heading backward up the line and was challenged by one agent why I was leaving the line. Told them because none of the agents would direct me to the pre check line. \n\nAs I walked pass each VERY UNHELPFUL AGENT they all had a little grin.
