"Tl;dr Unless you want to donate $140 to an incompetent hairstylist, and you plan to spend the next year or so at home until your hair grows back, AVOID KIM AT ALL COSTS. \n\nForgive me for my past review. I was young, naive, and way too nice. I came back for a cut and an ash brown ombre dye job today and got Kim again (probably because she's the least likely to have someone make an appointment with her). She looked at the picture I showed her as reference and confidently began to bleach my hair, all the while pulling it. When I finally cracked and said, \"Could you please stop pulling my hair? It hurts,\" she reprimanded her assistant, who was actually doing fine, and continued tearing out chunks of my hair. \nShe left neither the bleach nor the toner in for long enough, which resulted in my hair being a brassy brownish orange. I pointed out to her that ash brown is a cool-toned color, and what I had was definitely a brassy brown, which is warm tone. She argued that, no, my hair was very beautiful and looked exactly like in the picture. \"It just looks different because the girl in the picture has curls, and you don't,\" she said. Come on. Don't insult your customers' intelligence like that. She kept saying how great it turned out and how beautiful it was. What a narcissist. \n\nI got out of there as fast as I could. Never coming back."^^ . "0"^^ . "2018-05-16T00:00:00"^^ . . "0"^^ .
