"I wasn't going to write a review but the number of things that got damaged during the move finally got to me. I can understand if there is some unintentional damage here and there but if this is the core service that you provide then it is really not up to par. \nWhat was broken during the move:\nMirror frame\nEdges of furniture\nGlass of our entertainment unit was cracked\nThey were fluffing about trying to figure out where to put stuff after I said just leave everything in the same room.\nThey took their time with the elevator trips.\n\nThey took 8 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment (with no beds or couches as we bought brand new ones). We did have a middle stop, they took their time for sure. They were making small talks during the move, which was irritated. I surely did not want to pay to have a conversation about your cat/dog or your favorite sport.\n\nPutting moving equipment against my brand new white wall. I am sorry, it's not like you did not know our apartment is brand new. I had to go around wiping the walls after they left.\n\nThey also pick up some of the furniture we threw out during our move to take back home - which I thought was rather unprofessional.
