"I read all these reviews and feel bad for what happen but my review is and solely is on what Yelp is suppose to be not complaint about what happen in California or someone o met in some other location. My review is based on this facility I toured right here in Concord NC the facility Is extremely large sits on 14,000 SQ feet of space 2 buildings including a call center. All the people were extremely nice and welcoming. I had a lunch at my tour and was able to meet one of the Co Founders. I even took a picture with him. I am big on don't judge a book by its cover just by reading the other reviews if you are going to go broke from 500 or loose whatever it was maybe you should have started at the facility.
