Smith deserted me about halfway through the job--either I paid thousands of dollars for unnecessary repairs or they wouldn't come out! Their plumbers do not come out in a company-owned van. They are actually freelancers who drive a personal van or pickup truck. They disappeared from my house for two hours during lunch and charged me for it."^^ . . .
