Today that was not our experience. We arrived a few minutes before our 11:00AM appointment & were told we would have to wait. At 11:15, we were offered by Antoine ONE of us could soak our feet while we continued to wait. I began calling other salons in the area at 11:20AM & my friend overheard Antoine telling another employee I was being rude for calling another salon. \"Sometimes you just have to wait,\" he says. No, Antoine, I do not have to wait when there are a dozen other nail salons in the area. I should not have to wait when I called the day before to schedule an appointment. That is why I made an appointment - so you would know to expect my business. You saw an opportunity to squeeze in 2 more clients before two scheduled appointments and it cost you 2 loyal monthly customers.
