The recliner was damaged. They took it back and said would call Wednesday morning with new delivery date. They never called. I called Thursday and the manager was with a customer, would call me back. 3 hours later, I call, now she's at lunch. Never called back. Went Friday afternoon (after still no call) the manager was on the phone. Said it was reordered and I \"should\" get it tomorrow. I said 6 days for a chair seems excessive and she said it would've taken longer if they had it repaired. Like I want a repaired recliner paying for a new one. No apologies and her attitude was not friendly. Like I was bothering her from the 0 customers in the show room. Luckily I called the leasing company I was approved for and I asked if I can cancel the entire order so I can go elsewhere where. They said to go through the store and if they don't take it back, they would. I called and the same manager said because I received half the order, no returns. \nSave your time and money and avoid this place.
