I finally needed service at a new address.I stopped by the office and was told \"fill out this NEW SERVICE form\". I said \"I've had service for 8 years, just moving it, I have to fill out this form?\" Her response: \"That's what I just said.\" - Very classy and professional (not). I mean I've only paid them about $8,000 over the years... \n\nBy the way, this also means another $165 deposit and two $35 \"hook-up\" fees, same as the newest arrival in town. I left wondering when water delivery would be as deregulated as TV and internet. \n\nA little competition sure would help the pricing AND the attitude. This experience sure got me thinking..Maybe the city should own the pipes and we should be able to choose our own providers to pump Arizona's canal and rain water, no? Anyone for a ballot measure?\n---\nUPDATE: I've changed the score from 1 to 3. Everything the \"temp employee\" mentioned above wasn't, their representative Roselyn was. I went back with all the ridiculous paperwork, but Roselyn made the more recent experience a pure pleasure and had things handled in minutes. It's nice to know they have one effective, professional staffer. Two stars for her alone."^^ . . "0"^^ .
