We found the staff to be nice especially housekeeping & the breakfast attendants. The front desk lady who checked us in at 11:30pm Christmas Eve was very nice, the rest of the front desk was polite but was a little short & gave the impression that they were uninterested in helping. I give 5 stars because of the rest of the staff and how clean the room & hotel was. We loved that every room had a balcony. The breakfast was good. The hotel is in a great location we felt safe.
