"I hate to leave bad reviews being a business owner myself, as it's hard to control what your employees do to some point, but my last four visits here have all been bad for a variety of reasons. Today I had an appointment, but was greeted by an employee with a phone in her hand and not even looking at me. She walked me back to my chair still not making eye contact or inviting me to sit down, just stopping at her chair and continuing on the phone. I sat myself, as she disappeared for 5 minutes with no direction or hello. While waiting and because there was no towel to set my feet on, I put my feet in the water that had been run already and waiting on my appointment. She came back and reprimanded me for having put my feet in the water because it wasn't time yet. She complained to me madly about the last employee from the salon that applied my polish to thick because it was taking to much time to get the old gel off. The hour and a half never said hello or thank you. But during the process she took a phone call and sent a few text. I tipped her 5.00 out of generosity hoping to brighten her day and help the next persons experience, but she looked at me and took the money all while still never smiling or saying thank you. Then I get home and find my heels look as though they hadn't been touched in years, despite being a regular here. A wasted $55.00 plus tip of 5. My previous experience was with another girl who too was mad at the application process from the previous employee and asking who it was. When I showed her she told me I was wrong as the employee had just gotten back from maternity leave. I told her that girl wasn't even pregnant last time I was there and she was rude and told me, \"you not know what you talking about.\" Time before that my feet were eaten up and bleeding. When mentioned to the employee, she said, \"no, nothing wrong. You ok!\" The time before that, I left with my feet hurting and bleeding. The first time, I went it was amazing and I had Kayla but she is no longer with the company. It's so frustrating to pay 55.00 and each time and to feel as thought you are bothering somebody. I'm a very extreme cordial and easy to get along with individual, but it's time to find a new nail salon. I have to say the owners are great, but they really need to work on training their employees to treat their business the way they themselves do. As a business owner I understand the frustration of employees with bad attitudes, but I have had 5 bad experiences now!"^^ . "0"^^ . "0"^^ .
