Friendly and helpful. The brisket salad hit the spot. My only constructive criticism would be on the pork rinds. \n\nI expected more since I don't usually see pork rinds on a menu. The rinds were of a run of the mill store bought type. The batch I had was a little stale. \n\nI would use the Mexican style pork rind known as a (Chicharr\u00F3n) this type would be a hit I'm sure. \n\n\nI'll definitely be back to try more of the BBQ.
