"Please take the \"excellent\" reviews here with a grain of salt, as the front office gives discounts and incentives for writing reviews to the new residents BEFORE they even move in. \nI lived here for over 5 years and wished I moved out sooner. There are a lot of other great options out there for the same price but better living conditions.\nThe buildings are old; in need of repair but the only remodel I saw went in to the pools and front office. They just seemed to paint over or put fancy knobs on old kitchen cabinets,\nOur building would constantly (at least once a month) have our water shut off in the morning due to some water pipe issues and we would never be notified in advance.\nParking was awful. If someone wasn't taking your own assigned spot, there were no extra spots and you would have to park all the way up near the front office. At night this was a dark and scary walk back to your building.\nVery poor building outdoor lighting, I would constantly be requesting outside burnt out light bulbs be replaced as it would be pitch black around the buildings, and it seem to take weeks for these to be replaced.\nSecurity was non-existent, I would find them sitting in the gym on their cell phones. \nNeighbors were loud, inconsiderate with music at all hours of the day. Lots of dogs are left on the apartment balconies to bark all day. \nOffice staff was unprofessional and unwilling to do their jobs in a timely matter; even in regards to a safety matter or actual time frame of the law. \nPlease look around at the many, many other options for apartments in Las Vegas."^^ .
