We arrived late at night after nearly 12 hours of driving in the Spring break traffic, and I made the reservation through Expedia earlier that afternoon. We checked in and headed up to the room to find one King, although I had booked two Queens. I headed back down to let the front desk know, and I was told, \"Sorry. We're full.\" I showed the staff my receipt from Expedia that clearly said \"2 Queens\" and was again told, \"Sorry. Your room type isn't guaranteed when you book through a third party.\" I've used Expedia many times in the past and have never had an issue but fine. I asked that a rollaway bed or something similar be brought into the room because we had 4 adults. I was then told they do not have them available. So here we are during Spring break week at 1 am after 12 hours of driving through hellish traffic with 1 bed for 4 people and no other vacancies in the city. There was no kind of couch in the room or anything else to comfortably sleep on. My 60 year old mother ended up sleeping in a lounge type chair in the room and just guess where I slept... the bathtub. $230 for the night and I slept in a bathtub. So fine. Blame this on Expedia, but I was shocked when I mentioned this at check out the next morning, and the young girl at the desk giggled and said, \"Yeah, sorry!\" Excuse me? I didn't even rate a sincere apology, apparently. This is very poor customer service, and I was literally shocked at how poorly I was treated. \n\nTo top it all off, I was double charged for my room and had to call to get this resolved. I just received the refund. \n\nPlease stay somewhere else if you're in this area. This place really doesn't care about customers."^^ . "2018-04-21T00:00:00"^^ . "1"^^ . . "0"^^ .
