"Despite not being my favorite store, I receive sale notices by email and shop occasionally - all online.\n\nMy last purchase of three items wasn't the best so I decided to return them to the Chandler store. It was then I was informed they would only credit my card the amount of the purchase - which I took to mean no credit for shipping. Turns out the exclusion also included sales tax! When I explained to the cashier my return negated the purchase (so no taxable event occurred,) she said that was the way they did it in this particular store and if I wanted to return by mail, perhaps I could get the tax back. #$%! \n \nSince I proceeded with the store return, I called customer service the next day. The rep with whom I spoke said she also didn't understand why I wasn't credited the tax, said she would \"enter\" it, and I will receive it in three days.\n\nWhether I get it or not, they've lost a customer. This is no way to do business!\n\n***Got credit for tax as promised***"^^ . "2015-07-04T00:00:00"^^ .
