I noticed the Sour Cream Blueberry Muffin online, so after I got the card (about 10:30am), I also noticed they were out of that muffin. No big deal right - things sell out, but customer service tells me otherwise:\n Hi Brad,\n\nOur standard is to be 100% in stock. I am so sorry to hear we were out of the Sour Cream Blueberry muffins! Did you speak with a Manager? Was this at the Tempe location? \n\nThe only thing I could think of is that someone came in and ordered a very large unexpected order for a catering however that would be a guess and it is always best to go straight to the source! \n\nI did receive an apology, but never got an explanation about why they were out of that muffin, despite this policy. Anyway, the pumpkin/chocolate muffin was outstanding, but if that really is your policy, then get it right!.
