After I made my appointment, I arrived to find the tires I called about waiting for me in the lobby. Very helpful staff, they even brought out a 2nd pair so I could compare. No pressure, no trying to upsell me. The price (tax and everything) quoted to me over the phone was the exact total. They even mounted and balanced the new (used) tires and disposed of my old tires for no additional charge. I was in and out in less than an hour. I probably saved $200 by buying used (decent) tires.
