I asked him for a good charger that wouldn't take forever to charge my phone. When he informed me they didn't have the type I needed I proceeded to ask where I could purchase one. He then directed me to another Verizon store. I asked if there was a radio shack or store close that I could go look and he then had the audacity to tell me those stores were closed. What kind of business would be closed on a Saturday?? I also needed a glass screen protector that I was told was $50 when it was $35 3 months ago. He told me they have a lifetime warranty now. Frustrated and upset I left this store and drove a mile down the street to Radio Shack on Val Vista /Guadalupe and received exceptional customer service from a Sprint employee who not only sold me a $35 Glass protector with a lifetime warranty but attached it to my phone as well. I switched to Verizon from Sprint and now I'm questioning that decision! They need to hire better service reps. I also got a great Samsung Charger block that was only $25!! Thanks Radio Shack!
