(Pleasant surpirse I guess...thiougth their lack of processing the refund as just an oversight)\nWell this time when I discontinued service back in August of 2017 I noticed I had a $19.00 credit. Since August I have called 3 times and emailed twice. I've yet to receive an response to my emails and each phone call was told, \"You should have your refund in a week.\" Last week I got the following:\n\n1 Waste Container 90 Gal, 1 Lift Per Week\nContainer Removal 09/26 1.0000 $30.00 \n\n1 All-In-One Recycling 90 Gal, 1 Lift Per Week\nContainer Removal 09/26 1.0000 $30.00 \n\nAdministrative Fee $5.25\n\nTotal Fuel/Environmental Recovery Fee $18.99\n\nCURRENT INVOICE CHARGES $84.24.\n\nWhen I discontinued my services back in August I asked about my container pick-up and was told, \"Just leave it there or you'll get a pick-up charge,\" So I did, and I did!!\n\nThey will not get me again!"^^ .
