This is a complete rip off, and not worth the time and money. \nI bought years ago (2013) on a whim in some seminar, mainly because I had a very busy/engaging work schedule and I never took my paid vacation time. I thought buying this would be the incentive to make me take vacations and not just work all the time. Even though II paid the monthly dues of $165 and annual fee of $379, I still didn't book a vacation over the years. After over 3 years, when I was finally ready, I called to find out that I had NO points to use because they expire if you don't use them!!!!! You only get an allocation of 15,000 points every other year, and if you don't use them in the first year they are allocated, you lose them!!!!\n\nThe customer service representative I spoke with earlier in the year who explained the ridiculous policy, NEVER mentioned the other insane rule that if you do not contact them by June 30th that first year and \"roll over your points,\" you cannot use them in the following year (when you get no points). I found this special nuance out when I called them for something else today and they told me I missed the roll over date (that I didn't know about) by 10 days, so I would have to use the 15,000points I received in 2017 & 2018 by 12/31. \nThe other thing I uncovered after being transferred to 3 different representatives, is that the company is completely unorganized and inefficient. One rep explained that I wasn't getting emails about my membership because the education department had my address/email wrong. Another rep from the billing department who DID have the right email and home address explained that all departments are different and disconnected, so the other department (education) was on a separate data system and could easily have a completely wrong email and address. Although the billing department never had a problem getting a hold of me to get my money, \"Education could not get me the contract I requested or send me email information about how to use the account because they had the wrong information.\" \n\nTo top it off, you cannot talk to a \"manager\" when you call, but they can send an \"inquiry\" to a manager to call you back which may take up to 48hrs. Last time I asked for this no one called me back. Today, I asked 2 different reps (of the three I talked with) to each put in a separate inquiry for a manager to contact me. We will see if anyone gets back to me this time. So far, I have spent over $11,000 and never taken one vacation using this program--SUCH A BAD MOVE TO USE THIS COMPANY. DON'T DO IT!"^^ . .
