"7"^^ . . "Emergency Room Care is \"Top Shelf\" Medical Staff are hard working and empathetic.\nMost of the Floor Nursing Staff are overworked and overstressed. They have a tendency to be \"short\" with their attitude but I am not sure that I blame them. They try but, can only do so much with being understaffed. \n\nAdmitting people are professional, informative, and mostly friendly.\n\nThe Volunteer's are absolutely wonderful people. I don't know how they do what they do and are always smiling. I am so appreciative of them. I'm sure that these unpaid folks are the entire backbone of the hospital.\n\nAdministration, including the accounting and billing departments are absolutely the poorest of the poor. They will leave you on hold and then hang up. Recently, we left a message a day for four days with never a call back. You get billed fees and there is no explanation what the fee are for. You get no respect and surly people who brush you off, if you can ever get them to pick up a telephone. The Administrators Office wasn't any help. The people there seem to be without the fortitude necessary to get the patrons of this business cared for properly when it comes to financial issues.\n\nAny good experiences I could ever have from this very mediocre health care facility are overshadowed by the poor Administrators here. For me, it is not worth the hassle to bother with this place. There are much better Hospitals all over town. They show me nothing.\n\nOf course in an emergency you do what is necessary and deal with the miserable side later.\n\nJust be aware that any positive experience you may have medically will be lost once you start dealing with them and money."^^ .
