I have many fond memories of eating there 14+ years ago and thought it was time to go back.  What a mistake.\n\nMost of the food is low quality.  None of the prep staff in the kitchen knew of the specific ingredients in any of the food (I have a few intolerances... corn, soy, etc.), and many of them couldn't even speak English so I had a hard time figuring out what I could eat.  This has never been an issue at places like Aria Buffet, Bacchanal Buffet, or Paris Buffet (all of which are exponentially better than the Bellagio).\n\nI was so disappointed.
