"After 2 months of effort, I was still unable to use my I CPAP machine.\nWithout going into a lot of detail, let me just say that I asked for\nadjustments to be made to the unit for 4 weeks in a row. The adjustments\nwere never made, and so I returned the unit. Choice couldn't have cared\nLESS why I was returning it, or what my problems were. They had me sign\nseveral papers, gave me a phony smile & a thank you, and sent me on my way.\nI asked if anyone would be interested in what my problems were. I was told\n\"It's all in your file.\" Afterwards, I found another company that was much\nmore responsive and attentive to my needs. In trying to obtain my return\npapers for insurance purposes, the receptionist wanted me to know that the\nterminology I was using was incorrect. Honestly! Who really cares. I'm\nnot in their line of business. It was particularly annoying because I KNEW\nthat she understood what I was talking about. She just wanted to give me a\nhard time. I was already frustrated because of their lack of attention to\nmy needs. Let me just say that using Choice was a real unpleasant\nexperience. With them you're just a number and another sale. But they\nreally don't care that you are receiving the help you need. CPAP machines require adjusting & care. And I wanted to deal with a company who would listen, & one that would help me. It wasn't Choice."^^ . . .
