I go to upgrade my phone and this sales representative at the Sprint store(Jennifer)tells me that they have a promotion. The promotion was, I would get a free upgrade but I would have to pay $100 for my phone due to the increase of memory, (which was fine) and I would receive a free speaker by JBL and a case for my phone. I took the promotion and then on my statement came, in 1 month later. I noticed I was charged for the speaker and it stated 1 of 12 months at $32 per month. I contacted the store and Jennifer advised me \"she told me I had to purchase the speaker on a monthly basis\". That's was the first lie! I was never told I was purchasing a speaker and a case for my new iPhone 7. I contacted the store immediately and took the speaker back to the store to return the speaker. Jennifer was working that day. I returned, and the only thing she stated was, \" it's been more than 14 days there's nothing I can do, and then she went to call her manager Amber. Amber refuse to do anything for me as well and I was told to leave the store and that I was pretty much a liar. Not to mention, I like the promotion so well I told my husband as well and he went the same day to upgrade his phone. Jennifer offered him the same promotion as mine. My husband also received a speaker, a case, and he upgraded to an iPhone 7. He was also charged for a new speaker at $32 per month. I I contacted corporate and we are still in the process of trying to get the additional $64 a month off my monthly statement due to bait and switch, fraud and horrible customer service.\nI have never complained about Sprint before today but as soon as my contract is over with my iPhone 7 my family will leave Sprint. And I will change my company's phone plan to Verizon."^^ . . .
