So, I checked Google, got the address, drove over. They moved. Grrr.......\nSo, the friendly volunteer at Mt View Hospital offices helped me find the phone number, I called and explained I was on my way, and what happened. She was uninterested.\n I finally arrived, and told the front desk, she wasn't interested either.\n So I filled out the packet and turned it in. There were people complaining about the two hour wait, so I turned on the ol' Kindle and asked if they had Wifi. They don't. Grrrr...\n so I sat down to read the book that luckily had downloaded at home, and they called my name. After only ten minutes? OK, I didn't argue.\n The front desk person walked to a room, and didn't even go in, just pointed. Sigh.\n Then the PA came in, introduced himself, told me what the visit would entail, asked if had questions, and said the Dr would be right in. \n One minute later the Dr came in! He's an attractive guy, which is important, if your're going to be inside my body I like to think you're hot. The only complaint I have about Dr Garber is that his handshake HURT. It was fast, so I didn't have time to say OUCH, but I almost Yelped from the pressure.\n He asked if it was OK that a student listened in, I'm all about teachable moments, so I said yes.\n He gave me the overview, asked if I had questions, answered them, and escorted me to the scheduler. I was scheduled, given a packet, and off I went!\n I have high hopes, but really, he needs to work on front desk attitude."^^ . "3"^^ . "3"^^ . "11"^^ . "2016-05-21T00:00:00"^^ . .
