Did not wipe off top of stove - actual food left under grates, streaks on stainless steel fridge, hairs on bathroom floor, basically swiffered main floor and could still see crumbs. Did not complete vacuuming onto basement landing which is connected to carpeted stairs. Would not try again. Have had much better (although more pricey) experiences with other maids services that send more than one person and they clean better than I do (not worse). Online booking was only plus. Person was nice enough."^^ .
