She has been having an ongoing issue for a while now and my last Veterinarian failed to educate me on any issues regarding my dog and told me that pretty much there's nothing wrong. Meanwhile my dogs issues severely worsened to a point that is was unbearable to see. There's nothing worse than seeing my baby going through any type of discomfort or pain and the Doctor tells you, oh it's nothing serious. Yet, every time I brought her they kept her the whole day just to tell me oh she's fine. No explanation of what could be going on or anything. I was lead to believe that Doctor may not have as educated as I would have liked and that's okay. Everyone has to start somewhere. I'll be the first one to say so. Experience comes with time. However, I didn't feel very comfortable having my little boo being a patient with them any longer. I then did some research, and found out about LifeCare Animal Hospital through my insurance. I made an appointment and worked with Dr. Glenn and her amazing assistant Rae! Dr. Glenn and Rae were so much fun! I stayed with them and my dog the entire time during her diagnosis and physical. Dr. Glenn educated me so much and provided me with a lot knowledge. I knew before I even left there that my dog was going to be in such better health. She was absolutely loving to my dog which I have never seen anyone pay such close attention to her and not just for the doctor part. It was connecting with my dog in an emotional way. BeeGee was so nervous initially and she eventually became so comfortable with Dr. Glenn that every time she walked into the room she was doing the opposite of before and trying to get away from me and get to Dr. Glenn with her tail wagging like crazy! That itself says so much! Dr. Glenn put BeeGee on this plan which she was never out on anything before and already I can see a difference in my baby. I'm so grateful for her! Aside from all the medical stuff. Dr. Glenn and Rae were just amazing individuals. They have such fun personalities and we giggled and laughed so much and made this whole experience so fun for me and BeeGee. I'm super excited to go back and I know BeeGee will be too. They really brought out BeeGee's fun side. I recommend anyone who is looking for an amazing Doctor with a fun assistant to see ask for Dr. Glenn and Rae. I thank you both so much for everything as well as the receptionists for scheduling my appointments. Also want to add that I love how they continuously will call you to check to see how your dog is doing. They will call until you answer because they care that much.
