"We went to purchase the royal blend to take as a gift from Canada to the states.\nFriday May 11 2018 at aprox. 7pm.\nThe only can on the shelf was dented but we waited in line to purchase another.($20 value)\n4 people plus a staff member were sitting at tables. 5 people were in line. One gentleman was in line to pay before he left as the staff had forgotten to charge him.(good for the shop that he was honest)\n The 2 ladies working ( the 2nd finally got up from the table reserved for customers) were so busy talking while very slowly serving that they didn't notice a couple leave the line and store. Which my husband and I also did after waiting in the line for 10mins without it moving and not being acknowledged. \nThe average prepared tea price is about $3, \nso 2 customers @ $3 and my husband and I\n @ $20= $26+ in sales lost.\nThere is a distinct counter for take home tea, yet it was unstaffed and totally ignored.\nOnly the prepared tea counter was.\nHad only heard good things about this place but first impressions are important. \n-$26 every 10mins =$156/hr \nNot sure I will make another attempt"^^ . .
